Our deployment phase of your solution is designed to ensure your prodcution is ampered. The transition phase ensure no downtime is experienced as the new solution is fully prepared before deployment.
We choose off-peak time for our deployment in order not affect your production.
We offer training of the new solution to carry your users along in its usage procedure. We also attach an officer to you that will always be avaialble to respond to query from your users who may have complain during their first time experiences.
